About Me

Hello!

Celia Kasberg is a Costume Artisan who has recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a MFA in Costume Production. Her love for costumes began at the age of seven when her great-grandmother taught her how to sew. Celia’s passion has since then grown in the artistry of crafts, from the rustic integrity of leather working, the streamlined construction of millinery, to the delicate hand of dyeing and painting. Recent credits include being the Assistant Craft Manager at the Glimmerglass Festival, Assistant Milliner for The Music Man on Broadway, and craft work for Murder on the Orient Express at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre. Celia was a Lead Craft Artisan and Dyer at Oregon Shakespeare Festival for the 2022 - 2023 season and is currently the Costume Craft Artisan for Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
